GeoTIFF export

Every GeoTIFF export for ForeFlight is made at this zoom level, whatever the zoom of the map on screen. Map packages with a lower top zoom are resampled to it; street maps are drawn at it. Larger than 10,000 px (ForeFlight's limit) → several files in one content pack.
